Am happy with the process, just awaiting its arrival now. Took a little while to hear back after that due to transit, but eventually was notified that I'd be getting a new headset sent to me. Put in a complaint/request for a replacement and received comms within 24 hours, including free shipping and courier labels. The only problem is that out of all the headphones in PB Tech, I picked the box with the faulty cord. Love the quality, they're super comfortable to wear and are good for gaming (COD Adv Warfare/Fortnite anyone? tramphoeline is my tag) Would definitely recommend for people who have trouble keeping headsets intact for more than a year and want something on the cheaper end. This headset for this price is definitely worth it as if you take care of your headset (unlike me) this should last upwards of 2 years MINIMUM. (Not sure if this happens out of the box or if it's a thing that happens specifically with mine.) If you flip the mic to mute, it produces a somewhat loud static that can be picked up occasionally by Discord AND recordings can pick it up to the point where it's pretty loud. Don't buy knock-off replacement cables from Amazon as they are notoriously bad and last barely over a couple of weeks. Genuine cables made by Astro don't ship directly to NZ, and YouShop rates make it so buying a replacement cable will cost around $30 to $40. Earcups are a bit shallow and small to the point where they're almost an on ear but this wasn't that much of an issue for me.
